Approximately 78% of all clients seen are abortion-vulnerable at their initial assessments. In addition, Options@328 is the only pregnancy center in Baltimore City to provide abortion pill reversal medication.

About the Center For Pregnancy Concerns

Founded in 1980, the Greater Baltimore Center for Pregnancy Concerns (CPC) is a local, non-political, Christian pro-life organization.

Our mission is to educate and empower so that women have the freedom to embrace life.

Our medical services facility, Options@328, is located at 328 N. Howard St. in downtown Baltimore. We are situated right next door to a national abortion provider allowing us to provide life-saving services – pregnancy tests, sonograms, links to community resources, advocacy, as well as abortion pill reversal medication to women who change their minds.

Private donations fully fund CPC. Unlike abortion providers, we make no money from the choices women make. We believe in the sanctity of life and God's gift of free will. We embrace women where they are in life, acknowledging the unique challenges pregnancy may pose for them. We extend God's love and gospel truths to those we serve and promote the dignity and value of all human life. We seek to educate women on life-affirming choices. We offer a safe, non-judgmental space for women in need to get all the facts about their pregnancies and help them obtain the resources needed to improve their lives and choose life for their unborn sons and daughters.

The support of churches, foundations, businesses, and individuals fully funds our ministry. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and your gifts are 100% tax deductible.
