PRE-BALLOT NOTICE
PGA WEST RESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATION, INC.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ ELECTION
APRIL 24, 2025 9:00 AM
Pursuant to Civil Code §s 5115 (a) and (b), the PGA WEST Residential Association, Inc. Board of Directors is providing this ‘Pre-Ballot’ Notice for the April 24, 2025 Board of Directors’ election. There will be three vacancies on the Board of Directors, which will be filled based upon the results of the April 24, 2025 election.
(1) Ballots for the 2025 PGA WEST Residential Association Board of Directors’ election must be returned to 54-320 Southern Hills, La Quinta, CA 92253, ATTN: Inspectors of Election. Ballots may be returned by mail or personal delivery on or before April 23, 2025 at 5:00 PM, or they may be hand delivered to the Inspectors of Election on April 24, 2025 prior to the ballot counting, which will begin at approximately 9:00 AM.
(2) The 2025 Board of Directors’ election ballots will be counted on April 24, 2025 at 9:00 AM at the PGA WEST Residential Association Customer Service Center, located at 54-320 Southern Hills, La Quinta, CA 92253. The Inspectors of Election, who will count the 2025 Board of Directors’ election ballots, are Darrell Snyder, Paula Turner and Gary Dolenga.
(3) The list of candidates’ names that will appear on the 2025 Board of Directors’ Election Ballot include: James Young, Incumbent, Jay Agoado, Incumbent, Peter Guilioni, and Robert Shipley.
(4) The Association has prepared a Voter List, which contains every member’s name, voting power, the physical address of the owner’s separate interest, and the owner’s mailing address. Prior to March 14, 2025, members may check the list to verify that the information for their separate interest is correct. Owners may email their voter list verification inquiry to reply@pgawest.org or you may call (760) 771-1234 extension 10 or 11, and request that staff verify your voter information, or you may make an appointment to come into the Customer Service Center at 54-320 Southern Hills, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
