Quick reference on who emails should be sent to:

Emails for the Meet Director: questions about almost anything related to Nationals, questions about the meet format, and other related meet-specific questions.
Emails for CCS: changes to your CCS club abbreviation, questions about your CCS roster, specific registration questions, meet results submission, questions about CCS website content, and other organizational questions.

If you don't know who you should send it to, send it to both emails and the appropriate party will reply.

A Message From the Meet Director

Hi Everyone!

I’m Jeff Christophersen, and I’m thrilled to introduce myself as the meet director for the 2025 TYR CCS National Championship meet. I am currently a junior at Arizona State University studying Political Science and Special Events Management. I have been swimming with College Club Swimming since my first semester at ASU, and I am excited to combine my passion for swimming and my experience in events management to bring you a memorable meet!

This year, the Swim Club at ASU is proud to host the very first outdoor edition of CCS Nationals at the stunning Skyline Aquatic Center in Mesa, Arizona, from Friday, March 28 to Sunday, March 30, 2025. As one of Arizona's premier swimming facilities, Skyline Aquatic Center has been the host site of several TYR and Arena Pro Swim Series meets and offers a unique, top-tier competition environment.

In the coming months, we will provide a comprehensive meet packet containing event schedules, time standards, registration procedures, entry fees, and other important information. To make your travel and accommodation plans easier, we’ve partnered with several hotels located near the pool. A list of these hotels can be found here. This page will be updated with additional hotels throughout the season, so be sure to check back before finalizing your reservation. I would strongly encourage you to book through these links as they provide a special rate for CCS teams attending the meet!

When booking flights, don’t forget to consider Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA). Located just a short drive from the pool, this airport is an alternative to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and is served by airlines including Allegiant Air and Sun Country Airlines, which offer many domestic routes at affordable prices.

If you have family or friends who will be attending the meet and are interested in serving as a meet official, we invite them to complete the Application to Officiate and contact the meet referee with any questions.
