Quick reference on who emails should be sent to:

Emails for the Meet Director: questions about almost anything related to Nationals, questions about the meet format, and other related meet-specific questions.
Emails for CCS: changes to your CCS club abbreviation, questions about your CCS roster, specific registration questions, meet results submission, questions about CCS website content, and other organizational questions.

If you don't know who you should send it to, send it to both emails and the appropriate party will reply.

A Message From the Meet Director

Hi Everyone!

Welcome to November! I have some important updates to share regarding the 2025 TYR CCS National Championship. Please read through this message carefully and utilize the resources we are providing for you.

First, the meet packet has been published and is available on meet information page. The meet packet includes critical information, including:

Meet schedule
Policies and procedures
Order of events
Athlete registration instructions, openings and deadlines.

There are several changes for 2025, so please thoroughly review this information with your club’s leadership team.

If you have questions about the meet, we will be hosting a virtual Town Hall meeting to go over the meet packet on November 25 at 8 P.M. Eastern. Presidents must register for the meeting. The meeting will be recorded for those who cannot attend. I recommend at least one person from each team attends the meeting, as important changes for this year’s meet will be discussed.

For quick reference, athlete registration will open February 24 and close March 7. Please remember, registration may end prior to March 7 if the meet cap of 1500 athletes has been reached. Please review the meet packet for registration instructions and associated fees.

Second, we are continually expanding our list of partner hotels for teams attending the meet, which can be found here. I strongly encourage you to book through these links, as they provide a special rate for CCS teams attending the meet and will help your team avoid higher hotel costs during Arizona’s peak travel season.

Third, please let your athletes know that spectator tickets will be available for presale starting March 3, 2025 and encourage them to share this information with their parents, family, and friends. Tickets will be available for presale only—no tickets will be sold at the door. Additional details about spectator ticket sales will be provided at a later date.
