We're excited to bring swimmers more event information from the meet director, Jeff Christophersen at ASU about the 2025 TYR College Club Swimming National Championship. He will be the reply address on this email, should you have any questions regarding the information for Nationals.

Emails for the Meet Director: questions about almost anything related to Nationals, questions about the meet format, and other related meet-specific questions.

A Message From the Meet Director

Hello teams!

The 2025 TYR CCS National Championship Meet is just under two months away and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you to Skyline Aquatic Center in Mesa, AZ!

Athlete registration will open on February 24 and close on March 7 (or when the cap of 1,500 athletes is reached). As in past years, we strongly encourage qualified swimmers who are planning to attend Nationals to register as soon as possible. Registration will take place on the CCS website, and each athlete is responsible for their own registration.

As a reminder, the last day for athlete qualification and to submit meet results to CCS is March 2. Additional information can be found in the meet packet. Other important dates include:

President Confirmation Period Begins: March 10
President Confirmation Period Ends: March 12 at 11:59pm ET
Final Changes & USMS/USA IDs Due: March 14 at 11:59pm ET

Following the March 7 athlete entry deadline, a $100 late fee for entry changes may apply. Entries are also subject to an invalid entry fee of $50 per swimmer per event if an entry time is deemed invalid. For more information regarding fees, please review the meet packet.

Spectator tickets will be available for purchase starting March 3 and will be available until the conclusion of the meet (March 30) or until all tickets are sold, whichever comes first.

Tickets will be offered in single day passes or a bundled all-session pass. Spectator passes sold will be limited to 1,000 per day, and no refunds will be issued. Ticket prices are as follows:

All-Session Pass: $45
Friday (Timed Finals): $15
Saturday (Prelims & Finals): $25
Sunday (Prelims & Finals): $25

The link to purchase tickets will be available on the College Club Swimming 2025 Nationals page and will be provided closer to sales opening March 3.

If your team is planning to attend Nationals, please complete this attendance form* at your earliest convenience. This data helps us plan for distribution of deck passes as it relates to athlete registration, so please complete the form as accurately as possible.

*Note: this form is the ONLY method to request extra deck passes - you will be notified closer to the meet whether you receive extra deck passes or not.
