If you’re planning to be at Camp Perry for the annual National Matches or in the Port Clinton area this summer, don’t forget to head over to take part in our National Match Air Gun Events! 

These air rifle and air pistol matches will be offered throughout the duration of the National Matches (July 14-Aug. 5) within the Gary Anderson CMP Competition Center’s 80-point indoor electronic target range – also located on Camp Perry. Air gun events appeal to those of any experience level, with standing and supported bench options included! Compete for glory or just for plain fun!

BONUS: Simulator Steel Challenge Matches! This year, the CMP will again offer a Pistol Steel Challenge and a Rifle Steel Challenge, fired on the Laser Shot simulators assembled within the Competition Center! The Steel Challenge is a virtual match where competitors use replicated rifle and pistol trainers to fire upon simulated targets in a videogame-style format. A fun way to compete!

And, if you’re up for it – give our “Beat the Pro” contest a try, where participants compete in the Practical Shooting Course Echo 1 simulator program using a rifle or pistol. Be the first to beat the high score set by CMP Staff Pro Ryan Hinson and receive $500!
