Good morning,
Interesting weekend.
First ever under 2 hour marathon this weekend. Actually two. Second place runner finished 11 seconds behind winner. 11 SECONDS. Winner averaged 4.30 minute miles. This was the runner-up's first marathon.
Nelly Korda wins the first 2026 Ladies major at the Chevron Championship (the former Dinah Shore). Korda won by 5 strokes.
Joey Cora first manager fired in 2026. How would you do managing this team? Multiple coaches were also fired.
Hockey playoffs continue to deliver great games.
More World Cup news off the pitch than on. Every one wants to get their share of the fans' money. Dramatic increases in public transportation ticket fees. More chaos but little talk about the actual competition.
What happened in football this week? Anything? Oh yeah, the draft over three days. I'm pretty sure each of the first round choices were already millionaires from NIL money.
BOWLING CARDS
After completing the bowling card scans, the 1987 saddle racing card set PDF was uploaded to the Saddle Racing Archives page at https://www.apbagames.com/saddle-racing. Now all of the card sets are there. The Hall of Fame Horses set that is on the site is the revised version. The original version, which is called Racing's All-Time Greats is now uploaded. Descriptions about how the two sets are different is also available.
