Congratulations to the teams qualifying for the 2025 Jacksonville APA Elite Cup! This winner-take-all, $3,000 prize, tournament is a chance for only the most accomplished teams in the Jacksonville APA to battle it out for the title of Elite Cup Champion.

This tournament is single elimination. Each round is played on two tables simultaneously and sudden death is modified accordingly. The brackets will be drawn live on Facebook and YouTube on July 16th @ 5:30 PM. Teams will start at either 10 AM or 12 PM depending on their draw. Tune in to see your first round opponent! Your team earned eligibility for this event by either

1) finishing in Playoff or Tri-Annual position in a session after qualifying for the 2025 World Qualifier, or

2) finishing as one of the top 12 teams at the 2025 World Qualifier.

The team that qualified for this event, then, is your Spring 2025, World Qualified team.

IMPORTANT: ROSTERS AND PLAYER ELIGIBILITY

Teams are responsible for knowing player eligibility requirements and making appropriate roster changes, if needed. Changes after the deadline below will not be allowed.

Skill Levels

Players will compete at their current skill level at the time of the event. Skill levels will be updated after matches are released on Friday, July 18th, ahead of the event.

Player Eligibility

• All players must be currently active in Jacksonville APA in the format of the event
• The team's starting roster for this tournament is the World Qualifier eligible roster
• All players must have played at least 10 lifetime APA matches in the format by the roster change deadline, July 14th

Roster Changes

Given the time between the end of the Spring 2025 session and this tournament, teams can make roster changes for this tournament, if needed.

• Teams must have at least 5 original members from their World Qualifier roster on their Elite Cup tournament roster.
• If a player on the Spring 2025 roster was not eligible for the World Qualifier due to lack of scores (didn’t meet the lifetime or minimum spring session match requirements), they can participate in this tournament if they have 10 lifetime matches by July 14th, when the RSVP form is due. These players will count towards the 5 original player requirement. 
• Teams can replace players on their World Qualifier roster, if needed, and/or teams can add players to their Elite Cup tournament roster if their World Qualifier roster had less than 8 players on it. 
• All non-original players added to the tournament roster must meet the player eligibility requirements outlined above.
