All Convention Delegate forms are due by March 6, 2025.
The forms and documents below were mailed to your Pastor and Congregation President on Monday, December 2. They are available for your congregation to plan its representation at the Convention.
The District Secretary, Rev. Dr. Greg Michael, MUST receive the Delegate Credential Forms by March 6, 2025.

Delegate Credential Form – each member congregation of the District has the privilege to send one layperson and a called and installed pastor to represent their congregation.
Please Note: Voting delegates must have a smart device (iPhone, Android, tablet) or
laptop computer to vote and access documents at the Convention.

Overtures - the mission of the FLGA District
*To nominate an individual, you must first have their permission, and the nominee shall complete a nominee biographical form. The nominated individuals' phone number and email address is required for the Nominations Committee to verify their willingness to serve.
