Conference Breakouts

At the 2025 Pastors Conference we are excited to have 19 breakouts inclusive of a session for wives "Living Water Flowing in Us and Through Us", and sessions led by our keynote speakers Leo Sanchez, Professor of Systematic Theology at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis and Chad Lakies, North America Regional Director for Lutheran Hour Ministries. 

45-minute sessions will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00 PM. Check them out through this link: FLGA Pastors Breakouts

Moms and Kiddos: This will be an "open & available" spot for moms and their children to hang out, spend time together, and come-&-go as needed. It will be a time to play (kids), talk (moms), and create a connection & memory

Conference Schedule

Check-in for the conference will open on Monday September 22nd at 10:00 am and the Closing Worship with communion will be held Wednesday at 10:30 am.

Ministerial Assistance Program

The Ministerial Assistance Program (MAP), a service of the FLGA District, and Lutheran Counseling Services is available during the conference.

Worship Offering

This year’s Conference Offering will go to the FLGA Student Aid/Scholarship Fund.

We praise the Lord that over the past 3 years we have seen a substantial increase in the number of students seeking aid. For the 2025-26 academic year more than $74,000 will support 25 students from the FLGA! This supports students preparing for Church Work in both undergraduate and at the Seminaries. Your bold support is appreciated as the needs have exceeded our Funding.  

Checks should be made payable to the FLGA District with the memo of Student Aid/Scholarship Fund.
