Congratulations on your graduation!

We’re here to guide you every step of the way as you prepare to celebrate your achievements at the May 17, 2025, Commencement ceremony.

PACKET PICKUP

Packet Pickup is Required for All Graduates

You must pick up your graduation packet before Commencement. It includes your name card, parking pass, honor cords, and other important information.


You won’t be able to enter the correct area on campus on Commencement day without your parking pass.

If you can’t come to Packet Pickup, someone else must pick it up for you. You cannot pick up your packet on the day of Commencement.

Stop by the Alumni Association and The Center during pickup to learn more about special cords like:


  • Legacy Cord
  • Philanthropy Cord
  • First Generation Cord

  • May 15, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. — OSC Lobby
  • May 16, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. — OSC Lobby

GRADUATE PARKING


  • Graduates must have a valid graduate parking pass to enter from Troy Avenue. This pass will be included in your graduation packet.
  • If you do not have your parking pass, you will be directed to turn around.
  • Use the Troy Avenue exit from Highway 50 to access the designated graduate entrance.
  • There will be no drop-off area available near the graduate staging location, so all graduates must park.
  • Graduates will park in the lot adjacent to the stadium. Guests may arrive in the same vehicle as the graduate.
  • All graduates must arrive at the staging area, located at The ART, by 6:00 a.m.

As always, graduates are welcome to wear stoles and cords that represent their culture and student organization affiliations during the ceremony. This is a great way to showcase the communities that have supported and shaped your journey at Colorado State University Pueblo.

Additionally, you may decorate your graduation cap to express your creativity and personal achievements. However, we ask that all decorations remain appropriate. Graduate caps may not display any vulgar language, swear words, or content that may be considered offensive.

GRAD PHOTOS

Photos taken during the ceremony can be ordered from Grad Foto. Your photo proofs will be sent to your email address and cell phone number that you provided on your card at Commencement. Questions about photos can be directed to Craig Ruiz, 405-364-1779 or craigruiz@gradfoto.llc

DIPLOMA COVERS

Diplomas covers are provided to each student during the in-person ceremonies. If you do not participate in an in-person ceremony, you may pick up a diploma cover from the Marketing, Communications, and Community Relations Office (Admin 320) or request that one be mailed to you (if you do not reside in Pueblo County) by emailing commencement@csupueblo.edu

ACADEMIC HONOR CORDS

If you graduated with honors but do not participate in the in-person ceremony, you can pick up your cords from the Marketing, Communications, and Community Relations Office (Admin 320) or request that your cord be mailed by emailing commencement@csupueblo.edu

FALL 2024 & SUMMER 2025 GRADUATES

Graduating in Fall 2024 or Summer 2025?

You can walk in the May 17, 2025 Commencement Ceremony! It’s too late to RSVP online, so just come to packet pickup next week to get everything you need.


Graduating in Fall 2025?

Your ceremony will be in May 2026. But if you have a special reason to walk early this May, come to packet pickup next week and we will provide you with everything you need to walk.
