🗓️ Conference Dates 2025
The 2025 Mid-winter Conference will take place from Wednesday, February 5, to Friday, February 7, 2025.
📍 Venue Location:
The Conference will be held at the Sheraton Refuge Hotel & Conference Center located at 2200 Refuge Blvd. Flowood, MS 39047.
📝 Registration & Hotel Blocks:
Registration and Hotel Blocks will open next Tuesday, November 19 at 10:00 am. You will receive a follow up email, text and a mailed hardcopy with complete details on Tuesday, November 19 by 8:00 am so keep an eye out on your text and emails!
