2025 NYS WIC Vendor Bulletin #1:
System Maintenance: eWIC, WIC2Go, NYWIC
New York State store owners and operators,
We would like to notify you of a scheduled maintenance outage that may impact participants’ ability to shop. The maintenance will take place on 1/30/25 from 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM.
During this time, NYWIC, WIC2Go, and WICConnect will be unavailable, preventing participants from shopping. We recommend that participants shop either before or after the outage.
If you encounter any issues related to this outage, please submit a Help Desk ticket for assistance.
