Exhibitor Registration is now open for our 91th Annual Sheriff's Winter Training Conference at the CROWNE PLAZA ALBANY - THE DESMOND HOTEL from January 20 - 23, 2025.
Exhibits will be open January 21 & 22, but you are welcome to join us for the duration of the entire conference.
Exhibit Hall Schedule
Setup:
Monday, 1/20; 3 pm - 11 pm (or Tuesday before 8 am)
Breakdown:
Wednesday, 1/22; 3:30 pm
Exhibit Hall Open:
Tuesday, 1/21 – 8 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday, 1/22 – 8 am to 3:30 pm
Breaks each day (in Exhibit Hall):
Coffee Break 8 am – 9 am
Coffee Break 10:30 am – 11:00 am
Coffee Break 3 pm – 3:30 pm

Conference Registration Form:
Lunch for both the annual Awards Luncheon and the Officer Installation Luncheon are included in the exhibitor registration fee. The registration fee per company includes:
- Conference registration for two participants
- Lunch and breaks for two participants
- One tabletop "booth set-up" with one draped table, two chairs, a wastebasket, an electrical outlet, WiFi.
- There is a $100 fee for each additional participant

Sponsorship Opportunities:
As a sponsor, you will be acknowledged on the conference agenda, on posters and table top signs that will be displayed at the event you have sponsored and in the registration area.
Corporate Partners Program:
Our Corporate Partners receive a number of benefits, including a 'no-cost' exhibitor booth at our Summer Conference, special acknowledgement in our conference agenda, preferred booth location at all of our conferences, and special signage and name tags at those conferences.

A block of rooms has been set aside at CROWNE PLAZA ALBANY - THE DESMOND HOTEL, Albany, NY for conference attendees. This year, the Desmond Hotel has provided electronic registration for booking your room. The price per evening is $190 per room.
