About the Program

The litigation against NAR and the DOJ activity have been the big news the last year, and the California Association of Realtors ("CAR") has, of course, responded with new forms to address the issues as CAR sees them. Jana Gardner will again bring us up to date on the new listing and buyer representation forms. In addition, California has new landlord tenant laws and CAR addresses those changes in forms to be discussed in this annual presentation from the most important real estate broker organization in California.
