Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive & Spa is always striving to raise the bar and exceed guests expectations. We have completely rebuilt and redesigned LA CEVICHERIA restaurant into a modern, Mexican-style beachfront restaurant with an adult-only sky bar and lounge with magnificent sunset views, a fabulous oceanfront deck, and bar. The second level is a spectacular venue for groups to enjoy a celebratory gathering or cocktail party with a view. It’s almost complete, and we can’t wait to host you there!

Mega Resort Opening in Cancún in 2026

Look forward to 2 new incredible resorts from Fiesta Americana Travelty Meetings & Events! Get ready for Live Aqua Riviera Cancún and Grand Fiesta Americana Riviera Cancún. Located adjacent to each other near the quaint town of Puerto Morelos, just outside of Cancún and a short distance to the Cancun International Airport. These mega resorts will feature over 1,000 luxurious guest rooms & suites between the two properties; shared amenities; a plethora of restaurants; and a large, separate state-of-the-art convention center.
