Below are delivery dates, times and locations for the 2025 OC Fair Hobbies & Handcrafts and Visual Arts competitions.

OC Fair & Event Center

88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, CA 92626

Directions to OC Fair:

From 405 South: Exit Fairview Road and turn right. Continue straight, then turn left onto Arlington Drive. Enter the property at the gate listed for your entry below.

From 55 South: Exit Del Mar/ Fair Drive. Turn right onto Fair Drive, then turn right onto Fairview Road. Turn right onto Arlington Drive. Enter the property at the gate listed for your entry below.

COLLECTIONS, HOBBIES & HANDCRAFTS, FIBER ARTS, JEWELRY ARTS, PHOTOGRAPHY AND FINE ARTS

When: Friday & Saturday, June 27 & 28, noon - 6 p.m.

Location: Los Alamitos Building (Visual Arts Gallery) and Anaheim Building (Hobbies & Handcrafts Gallery). Enter Gate 8 on Arlington Drive. Signs will direct you to the entry delivery location.

Collections, Handcrafts & Hobbies, Jewelry Arts, Fiber Arts (excluding youth), Photography and Fine Arts are juried exhibitions. Only exhibitors who receive notification of acceptance should deliver their entries on the designated date and time. Please see the specific guide for details.

WOODWORKING

When: Friday, July 11, noon - 6 p.m.

Location: The west side of the Los Alamitos Building/Visual Arts Gallery (building 6 on the map). Enter Gate 1 from Fair Drive. Signs will direct you to the entry delivery location.

Woodworking is a juried exhibition. Only exhibitors who received notification of acceptance should deliver their entry on the designated date and time.

TABLE SETTINGS

When: Saturday, July 12, 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.

Location: The west side of the Anaheim Building/Hobbies & Handcrafts Gallery (building 4 on the map). Enter Gate 1 from Fair Drive. Signs will direct you to the entry delivery location.

GENERAL RULES FOR ALL COMPETITIONS

• Please check individual competition guidelines for specific entry rules and regulations.
• Entries may be delivered by someone other than the exhibitor (except for Table Settings).
• LATE DELIVERIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
• A claim check will be given for each entry. This claim check or a photo ID is required for pick up.
• Entries and/or awards left after the official release date are not the responsibility of OC Fair.
• If you are unable to claim your items, please arrange for someone to pick them up for you.
• All unclaimed work will be discarded.
• Entry pick up is Thursday, Aug. 21, 10 a.m.- 6 p.m.
