LifeWise Health Plan of Washington's marketplace plans will be exiting Clallam, Jefferson and Mason counties. The LifeWise Essential Bronze HSA plan will be discontinued in all counties. Plan discontinuations only pertain to LifeWise plans purchased through the Washington Healthplanfinder and not LifeWise Grandfathered plans that were obtained carrier direct.

Cascade Select Public Option Plan Provider Network Considerations

Both Ambetter Coordinated Care and LifeWise Health Plan of Washington offer Cascade Select Public Option, Cascade Standardized, and Non-Standard health plans. The Cascade Select Public option plans use different provider networks than the Cascade Standardized and Non-Standard plan offerings. Please check to ensure your providers are in-network when looking at the Cascade Select options. Note that not all carriers offer Cascade Select Public Options with plan availability based on county of residence.

Cascade Care Savings is a state funded subsidy and available to eligible households under 250% of the federal poverty level.

Washington Apple Health

Washington Apple Health renewals occur throughout the year. Beneficiaries should expect renewal information up to 60 days prior to their anniversary date.
