2025 Parada del Sol


We are 11 days away from Parada del Sol on Saturday, February 1.


Shirts are available at the office starting today. We highly recommend picking yours up and getting it steamed beforehand. Otherwise, they will be available the morning of the parade. The office address is 10533 East Lakeview Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.

Day-Of Details


Schedule:

Staging Area Arrival for All Charros Riding in the Parade: 7:30 a.m. 


Parade time: 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.


Post Parade: Meet at Loco Patron (4228 N. Scottsdale Road). Families are welcome to be at Loco Patron to watch you ride starting at 9 a.m.


Trails End Festival: After Parade until 4:00 p.m. Takes place all through Old Town and includes multiple vendors and a Kids Zone among many other things.


Staging Area:

Everyone in Parade Meets At the Corner of Shoeman and Brown (see map)


Riders renting a horse: Those who have paid will have their horse waiting for them. Those with asterisks next to name need to pay ASAP.


Riders bringing their own horse: Please meet at staging area, either on the street or in the parking lot.


Grande Trailer: Holds 10 adults around the outside seats, and another 15 mixed adults and children in the bar area. If you would like spots in the Grande Trailer, please reach out to Abbey@charros.com ASAP. Once the 25 spots are gone, they are gone.

Parade Viewing Area


The Charros have reserved space at Loco Patron (4228 N. Scottsdale Road) from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 pm.


Cowgirls should be able to see the parade well and there is plenty of room for kids! Foundation members are invited as well. The Charros are hosting drinks and a breakfast buffet. No RSVP required.

Parking Pass


Roads in to Old Town Scottsdale are scheduled be closed at 6:00 am. The “Parade Pass” would allow Charro’s to get through any road closures. Download and print the parking pass using the button below. Please do not share as this is for CHARROS ONLY.
