Picture Week with Photography by Fiscus

Picture week is March 9th-13th at Fusion Dance! 

1. Students will line up against the back wall of Fusion Dance for their pictures.
2. They will then enter into Studio 4 to take both their individual and class photo at that time.
3. Last, they will move into either Studio 1, 2 or 3 to run their recital routine(s).

Dressing Rooms:

Students can use the following spaces to change and get ready for their pictures.

• Fitting Rooms, located inside our Dressing Room
• Teacher Lounge
• Heather's Office
• Storage Room

Please be respectful of the space, pick up after yourselves and keep your things organized.

Please note, these may not be scheduled at your regularly scheduled time, or even on your regularly scheduled day of the week. Competition groups will take pictures ONLY. We will run those dances in Ballet Technique this week.

Ballet Technique, Turns Leaps & Jumps, AND Flexibility Extensions & Conditioning may also be scheduled on a different day and time than usual. Read through the schedule carefully.

Picture Week Do's & Don'ts

• If you have a MAJOR schedule conflict, you should email the studio and we will find an alternate day/time. But it must be a MAJOR conflict. Do NOT contact Jacob or Glenn regarding this.
• Students should be present, dressed and ready at their scheduled picture time to ensure picture week can run smoothly and efficiently.
• If you show up not at your scheduled time, and you did not email the studio with your conflict, then you will be turned away.
• We will be implementing a 3 STRIKE RULE. Which means each dancer has 3 chances to pose for their individual photo, and then they need to move on. Again, this is to ensure everything runs on time and we don't get behind. Please come ready with poses in mind.
• Parents of younger students can be present during their individual pose, but when it is time for your student to take their class photo, we ask that you leave Studio 4. This will help with the congestion and added noise that comes with extra bodies in a space. The instructors and assistants will be there to assist your child and get them into the next room.
• Everyone must wait in line, against the back wall. Do NOT enter Studio 4 until Jacob or Glenn have called your class in.
• There are no pre-orders. Everything will be emailed out directly to you when photos are done for ordering. The order deadline is Saturday, April 19th.
• If you wish to have a sibling photo taken, those should be taken at either dancer's scheduled time. You do not need to schedule a separate session for this.
