WHAT ARE THE GATE ATTENDANT'S RESPONSIBILITIES?
Since there is no lifeguard on duty and residents and guests swim at their own risk, we have included below what the Gate Attendant's responsibilities will include:
- Checking pool levels and chemicals every hour.
- Checking bathrooms and restocking and cleaning as needed.
- Monitoring residents' and guests' access to make sure residents are wearing pool wristbands. If a resident or guest is not wearing a pool wristband, the Gate Attendant will ask them to leave.
- Keeping an hourly head count of attendance.
- Enforcing pool rules that affect the overall experience for other residents which includes, but is not limited to, running, smoking, large toys and floatation devices, pets, loud radios, etc.
KEY FOB ACCESS
Entrance into the pool gate and bathrooms are accessible by key fob only. If you do not have your key fobs, you may contact the Administrative Assistant, Marian Kelley to get that taken care of. If you have lost your key fobs or they are no longer working, you can purchase an additional fob on our website for a fee of $25.00.
WHAT ARE THE POOL RULES?
We ask that residents familiarize themselves with the pool rules to limit the issues that may arise once the pool season begins. If at any time a resident, or one of their guests, refuses to comply with a rule, the Gate Attendant will notify the HOA Team immediately.
