We are coming down to the wire with only 2-1/2 weeks to convention! Please help us prepare by completing the following items on your to-do list.
VIP Ribbons
Please email me at cathystovold@rogers.com with your requests for VIP ribbons for your coaches. The ribbon entitles them to accompany you (quartet or chorus) through the traffic pattern. If you wish to give a VIP ribbon to more than one coach, only ONE of them can go through the traffic pattern with you.
All Event TIckets
Important Information: Please make all of your members aware of the procedures for entry/exit for this venue. Tickets will be required for EVERY event held in the theatre, including the Education Class and the Mass Sing. If you are leaving the venue, and require re-entry, then you MUST scan your ticket when you leave the Arena. If you do not scan or you don't have your ticket you will not be allowed entry back into the Arena. This is a strict policy as this venue is a professional concert venue and will operate as such.
In short, ALWAYS have your ticket with you, and always scan at both entry and exit!
