As a result of these and other considerations, the Board approved a budget for fiscal year 2025 that includes a 3% increase in the annual dues. This translates to just $54 more per year for an improved property, and $40 more per year for an unimproved property. These minimal increases will help the POA achieve its goal of maintaining the high standards of the community at a time when revenue is being lost to lot combinations. It will also allow the Association to build its capital and operational reserves, preparing for both the future and for unexpected current expenses.
You should soon be receiving an email from the Murphy Family Ventures accounting department with an invoice that is specific to your account. Further details and payment options are included at the end of this letter.
The 2025 budget and overall performance from 2024 will be available in January upon completion of year-end financial statements.
