Dear Summer Camp Volunteer,
I hope this newsletter finds you warming up with a hint of spring around the corner. Our tier 1 discounted rate deadline is rapidly approaching. Any payments made by Friday, February 28th will count toward the tier 1 discounted rate of $540. Remember you are purchasing spots. Tentaroo will look at the total amount paid by 2/28 and calculate the number of spots secured at that rate. If you have any questions, please reach out to Michelle at 215-348-7205 x 305 or business@ockanickon.org before 3pm on Friday.
eCheck Payments
A note from our business manager, Michelle. You can avoid the 2.5% convenience fee on credit transactions by choosing the eCheck tender option on the checkout page. When using this option, please be sure to capture the bank routing number and account number exactly as they appear on your check. The routing number is always a nine-digit number. The bank account number can vary in length up to seventeen digits. Click HERE for examples. When in doubt contact your bank for the correct information. Please note that entering incorrect information will result in a returned check. We assess a $25 fee for returned check items.
Video Tutorial Series
We just recorded our second video in the summer camp tutorial series. This video covers how to build your youth and adult roster in the Tentaroo system. You can access this video and others in the series from our forms & resources page at: https://www.ockanickon.org/forms-resources
We will create future videos on topics including medications at camp and AHMR (the health form); registration and background check requirements; and Merit Badge sign-ups. Stay tuned!

Watch for our next newsletter which will announce the program team's Merit Badge offering for 2025.
