Peak season is fast approaching, and there are some impending changes from the 2025 400NG Tariff along with the TOS that your crews should be forewarned. Do not wait until 15 May 2025; we recommend implementation as soon as possible.

DD Form 619 – Required Document: The DD619 is a required document for all shipments picking up 15 May, 2025, and after. This means a DD619 should be filled out at both origin and destination for all military moves. The only exception being shipments that are released from NTS, therefore the origin DD619 is not attainable.
The DD619 should be turned into National Forwarding Co. within 5 days of load along with the rated GBL, weight tickets and all inventory. If the DD619 is not received, our paperwork processing team will be unable to submit the required documents to the PPSO. Additionally, failure to obtain the DD619 may result in Letters or Warning, and potential non-payment of services as we can only compensate when we are paid for the services rendered. If you have any questions, please contact nfcbilling@nationalforwarding.com or 800-323-9125, option 6.
Bulky Articles (400NG Only – Item code 130B):
- Affected items include only Riding Golf Carts (not to exceed L110 x W50 x H80), and Three/Four Wheelers (not to exceed L110 x W50 x H80).
-
Origin agents must obtain these item dimensions at the time of the premove survey, and list them on the NFC Premove Survey Certification form.
Should either a riding golf cart and/or a three/four wheeler ATV exceed the above dimensions, our NFC Preapprovals team will still submit a bulky article charge. If approved, the item will be shipped with the HHG. If denied, NFC will reach out to the customer and the hauler to determine our course of action. If you have any questions, please contact preapprovals@nationalforwarding.com or 800-323-9125, option 5.
Thank you for your cooperation.
