Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts and ideas about the 2025 UBCM Convention through this 5-minute evaluation. UBCM hopes to improve the Convention and associated activities to better reflect your needs and requirements.


All delegates who complete the survey will be entered into a raffle to win an Apple Watch SE3 valued at $329.

2026 Convention Hotels


The UBCM room blocks for the 2026 Convention in Vancouver, BC will open on Wednesday, November 5th at 9:00 AM. Please note, the hotels will not accept reservations before this date and time and will not create waitlists. The hotels will also not be able to transfer reservations made before the release date into the UBCM group block at the UBCM rates.

 

Further details regarding the locations, room rates, cancellation policies, and reservation instructions will be added to the website closer to November 5th.

Executive List


Elections for the 2025-2026 UBCM Executive were held during Convention. Candidates each had the opportunity to address delegates, and elections were held from Wednesday to Friday. The 2025-2026 UBCM Executive members can now be found on the website

Session Presentations


Presentation files have now been uploaded to the Convention webpage. You can visit the Presentations page to see all available files posted. If a session does not have the presentation posted, it is not available post-Convention.
