Please be advised that New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) has released the 2025 Utility Allowance Charts effective 10/01/2025.

Per IRS regulation, updated utility allowance amounts must be implemented within 90 days of the effective date or no later than 01/01/2026.
