THE FINISHING TOUCH:
FINAL INSPECTION
with Larry TeGrotenhuis
Before any STI service/crane body or Tiger Crane is delivered to the customer, it must pass several quality-control inspections to ensure all customer specs, along with STI's quality and performance standards, are met. The last stage in our production process is Final Inspection, which is a multi-step process that begins and ends with the customer in mind.
Larry TeGrotenhuis on STI's Final Inspection team explains that the first step is cleaning the chassis and service body, which takes place before any actual inspection begins. The next step ensures that all electrical, hydraulic, crane, and pneumatic systems are tested and any problems corrected.
Last, but certainly not least, all painted and bedliner surfaces are examined for blemishes, scratches, pinholes, etc. and repaired as needed, and all interior and exterior surfaces are detailed. It's this level of finish that not only represents our brand, but your business too. And we take that seriously.
We understand that the purchase of a service truck is a substantial financial investment. The goal of Final Inspection is to ensure every customer receives a completed unit that is work-ready for your next job, with attention to detail that matches that investment.
Yet that's not where our support ends. We stand behind our products with industry-leading warranties that support you when something happens. Once it leaves Final Inspection, you're still protected with STI's commitment to quality.
