Dear Pressman Academy Parents and Prospective Parents,
We believe Jewish education is the responsibility of our entire community. Pressman Academy strives to provide as much tuition assistance as we can to those families who demonstrate true need and last year, we were proud to distribute 2.5 million dollars in tuition assistance.
The Tuition Assistance Application is now live for the 2026-27 school year. Please read this letter in its entirety for important information.
Families applying for tuition assistance must complete an application and submit ALL of the necessary supporting documentation to Blackbaud Financial Aid Management by December 15th, 2025. We cannot guarantee that applications submitted after the deadline will be reviewed, and priority will be given to applications submitted in full, on time.

Applicants may access the Tuition Assistance site via MyPressman
- After logging in, select “Resources” at the top, and select the “Pressman Academy Tuition Assistance” tile.
- Please read the text and then proceed to the link at the bottom.
The following information is required in order for Blackbaud Financial Aid Management to process your application:
- Pressman’s School ID is 15028
- A signed and completed online application
- Payment of the $35 application fee
- Complete copies of your 2024 tax returns including all supporting schedules
- Copies of your latest available W-2 forms and pay stubs for both you and your spouse(if applicable)
- Copies of supporting documentation for any additional income
Attention self-employed parents and business owners! The following items must also be provided with your application in order to receive consideration:
- 2024 Business Tax Return including all supporting schedules
- 2024 Business Income Statement (P&L) and Balance Sheet
- 2025 Business Income Statement (P&L) and Balance Sheet (can be provided after January 2026)

Jewish Professional Discount
One form of tuition assistance we offer is the Jewish Professional Discount. Qualifying families will be charged 50% of tuition for all children attending the Pressman Academy ECC and Day School. To receive the award, families must show financial need and work for a qualifying Jewish nonprofit. Qualifications are listed here, and families must reapply each school year to receive this tuition discount.

Please note: Funding for Tuition Assistance is limited and is based on demonstrated need. Final tuition assistance awards will be given within tuition contracts.
Temple Beth Am Dues Consideration
Enrollment at Pressman Academy is a benefit of Temple Beth Am membership. The synagogue supports all activities, facilities and operations of our schools, and synagogue membership is required – even for those who belong to other synagogues. Dues Consideration is based solely on financial need, and is provided automatically for those who qualify for Tuition Assistance. The percent reduction will be the same for Dues and Tuition.
