Greetings Mercy Parent/Guardian,
We are excited to begin the course registration process for the 2026–2027 school year. Below you will find important dates and details to help guide you and your daughter through course selection.

COURSE REGISTRATION TIMELINE & EVENTS
February 19 - March 4, & March 17
AP Informational Meetings (during Adviser Group)
Students are required to attend if they are considering enrolling in the course next year.
- These peer-to-peer meetings are designed to provide details about course rigor, time management and coursework expectations; course structure and exam format; and tips for success.
- The course instructor will also be present to answer additional questions.
Class Registration Information Meetings (during Adviser Group)
The Course Registration Packet will be distributed and the PowerSchool “Class Registration” feature will open for students to enter preliminary course selections.
- February 23 – Class of 2028
- February 25 – Class of 2027
- February 27 – Class of 2029
March 2 - March 27
Students will meet individually with their Counselor to discuss and confirm course selections.
- Appointment times will be assigned during the month of March.
- Students are required to attend their scheduled meeting.

Students will leave with a finalized Course Registration Form highlighting their chosen courses.
- A parent/guardian signature is required, and the signed form must be returned to the Counseling Office.
April 17
- Signed Course Registration Forms due. No changes are to be made on this initial form.
May 1
- Last day to request changes to course selections. Change form available in Schoology.
