2026 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program Proposal Application Materials Now Available

All materials for the 2026 9% LIHTC round have been posted on OHFA's website, including the recently posted 2026 9% LIHTC Qualified Allocation Plan - Frequently Asked Questions.

Entities with Experience and Capacity approval must submit their proposal application to OHFA's File Transfer Site by 5:00 p.m. on February 26, 2026.
