On Thursday, June 18, 2026, the Alberta Allied Roofing Association is proud to host our annual golf tournament at The Hamptons Golf Club Calgary. We are especially excited to welcome participants to this exceptional private course for the very first time—an exciting new chapter for one of our most anticipated industry events!

This year’s tournament will begin with registration at 7:30 AM, followed by a shotgun start at 8:30 AM.

As always, the event promises a fantastic day of networking, camaraderie, and friendly competition, all while supporting the continued growth and professionalism of Alberta’s roofing industry.

For this year’s fundraiser, we are proud to align our efforts with AARA’s training and youth initiatives through the re-introduction of the Elwood Hillman Scholarship!

The Elwood Hillman Scholarship was established to recognize and support roofing apprentices who have demonstrated commitment by enrolling in and completing classroom training through Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training. Our association remains committed to supporting roofing tradespeople in advancing their knowledge and skills, ultimately elevating workmanship and professionalism across the industry.

To help elevate fundraising efforts, we’re excited to welcome back local golf professional Todd Halpen—2021 PGA of Alberta Teacher of the Year, PGA of Alberta Board Member, and Head Coach of the University of Calgary Dinos.

Players will have the unique opportunity to “Pay the Pro” and have Todd step in to take their long drive shot, adding a fun, competitive edge to the experience while supporting a great cause.
