69th Annual Air Carriers Purchasing Conference

August 29 – September 1, 2026 | Grande Lakes Orlando
Beyond Boundaries: The Next Era of Air Travel

As we prepare for the 69th Annual Air Carriers Purchasing Conference, I’m grateful for the leadership and collaboration of our Airline Advisory Council. This team brings together airline professionals who are committed to elevating the airline experience at ACPC — strengthening engagement, expanding participation, and ensuring every airline representative feels supported and connected.

Here’s what each of our coordinators is working on as we move toward an exciting 2026 conference year.

A’Lasia Davis‑Binkley

2026 Airline Volunteer Coordinator

Delta Air Lines

With planning for the 69th Annual ACPC well underway, I’m excited to welcome our airline volunteers who play such a vital role in creating a seamless experience for our attendees. Airline volunteers support everything from on‑site operations to supplier engagement, and their contributions truly shape the success of the conference.

Having attended ACPC myself, I can say the experience is incredibly valuable — not only for the insights you gain, but for the relationships you build and the visibility you gain into broader industry priorities. It’s a rare opportunity to step outside your day‑to‑day role and contribute to something that impacts the aviation community in a meaningful way.

As your Airline Volunteer Coordinator, I’ll be your point of contact for recruiting, scheduling, and supporting all airline‑affiliated volunteers. Once registration opens in May, I’ll share details on available roles, time commitments, and how to get involved. I hope you’ll consider joining us and being part of the ACPC volunteer team.

Chip Wasinsky

2026 Airline Recruitment Coordinator

Southwest Airlines

As we approach registration, I’m genuinely excited to partner with you as your Airline Recruitment Coordinator for the 2026 ACPC Conference in Orlando. Having attended for several years as an airline representative, I’ve seen firsthand the tangible value this conference delivers — and I’m energized to help you maximize that same impact.

ACPC is more than just a conference. It’s a strategic opportunity to drive real results: identifying innovative solutions, uncovering cost‑saving opportunities, and strengthening the supplier relationships that keep our industry moving. The focused, purpose‑driven networking that happens here creates connections that last well beyond the event.

My goal is simple: ensure you get maximum return on your time and investment. That means expanding airline participation, bringing in fresh perspectives, and reinforcing the partnerships that make our conversations meaningful and productive. With strong momentum heading into 2026 — and with the support of the Airline Advisory Council and the ACPC Board of Directors — I’m confident this year will be one of our most impactful yet.

Pamela Holiday

2026 Airline Charity Coordinator

United Airlines

I’m honored to serve on the Airline Advisory Council and to support the charitable mission that has always been at the heart of this conference. My years of volunteering with ACPC have shown me its remarkable dedication to advancing industry knowledge and creating meaningful experiences for aviation professionals.

ACPC has long been committed to providing an equitable forum where aviation buyers and sellers can connect — through professional development programming, networking meet‑and‑greets, collaborative roundtables, and evening events that bring our community together.

As this year’s Charity Coordinator, I’m excited to support our 2026 charity partner, Vision of Flight, a nonprofit that empowers youth to explore and pursue careers in aviation. I’ll be working to spearhead charitable giving campaigns, facilitate volunteer engagement opportunities, and serve as the liaison between ACPC and our charitable partners. I look forward to sharing more with you in the coming months.

Thank you for your continued engagement and support of the ACPC community. The dedication of our airline partners plays a vital role in making this conference so impactful year after year. With the collaboration already taking shape across our Airline Advisory Council, we are excited for what we will accomplish together in 2026.
