2026 Developer Fee Rate Increase

$5.38 per sq.ft. for RESIDENTIAL development (an increase of $0.21)


$0.87 per square foot for COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL development (an increase of $0.03)


Rate Increase


The 2026 Developer Fee Justification Rate Increase is now in effect. At the January 28th meeting of the State Allocation Board the Board adopted the agenda item to increase the maximum Level 1 assessment for development by the amount of 4.06% using the RS Means Index (The Gordian Group,Inc.).
