Texas event from February 13th - 15th, 2026 in Fort Worth, TX.

ECNL Girls Participating Clubs,

We are excited to continue the 2025-26 season with the ECNL Regional League Girls Texas Event being held in Fort Worth, TX from February 13th - 15th, 2026. Receiving this email means that some or all eligible age groups from your club have been assigned to participate in the event based on your club's event preferences and other factors the league must consider. All team lists are considered final and the ECNL expects that all assigned teams attend the event.

After reviewing the above team list, please CLICK HERE to confirm the attendance of each age group that you see in the team list for your club, acknowledge expected coaching conflicts, and to provide our travel partner each individual team's hotel booking contact.

The form allows a club to select any one of the age groups offered in the event, however you should only provide information for the age groups your club has listed on the official and public team list. Information submitted for age groups not confirmed in the event and on the team list will be discarded.
To ensure your team(s) do not miss relevant hotel information and to help maintain booking timelines, it is extremely important that the correct hotel booking contact for each team attending is submitted. Please note, the form is used to capture a team travel coordinator, which may be different from a team manager.
This email has been sent to the Technical and Administrative contacts that your club shared with the league at the start of the 2025-26 season. However, we ask that only one (1) form be submitted on behalf of each participating club.

Please complete the above form no later than Friday, December 5th at 8:00 PM EST.
