Antionette Ball

Antionette Ball is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Women’s Entrepreneurial Opportunity Project, Inc. (WEOP), a nonprofit organization founded in 1999 and located in the heart of the community providing a calendar of activities that brings women together. Antionette has been actively involved with designing programs and leading community efforts that give women a voice. She is also the author of a Women Owned Business Guide to Winning Contracts and served as editor for From A Woman’s Perspective Magazine. Antionette has BS and MS degrees in Public Administration/Management from the University of Southern California (USC). She has an extensive background in nonprofit management and academia, working with a program funded by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) at Morehouse College.

Barbara Jones-Brown

Barbara Jones-Brown is the Founder and CEO of Freeing Returns (Lillii RNB Inc.), an Atlanta-based retail technology company that uses AI to detect fraud and optimize returns, operating in over 4,000 stores. For nearly a decade, Lillii RNB was at the vanguard of IT consulting, helping Fortune 500 companies and government agencies increase their revenue while improving the IT experience. Barbara is a software engineer and Gulf War veteran, she has over 20 years of retail tech experience.

 Victoria Lyons

Victoria Lyons is a technology executive with a remarkable career spanning 25 plus years. Throughout her career, Victoria has led large-scale operational transformations, including enterprise technology modernization, process standardization, and AI-enabled automation initiatives that have delivered multimillion-dollar savings. She holds an MBA and is PMP certified and regularly advises business leaders & and entrepreneurs on operational excellence, AI-driven efficiency, and implementing technology that streamlines operations and builds resilient organizations.

Kevin Moore

Kevin Moore, Critical Environment Program Manager, Microsoft as a Critical Environment Program Manager within Microsoft’s Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) team, Kevin supports the development of one of the largest greenfield data center chiller farms in North America. In this role, he bridges technical expertise and strategic program management, aligning engineering, construction, and operational teams to deliver resilient, high-performance cooling systems that support Microsoft’s global cloud infrastructure. With a focus on innovation, reliability, and scalability. He is Adept at portfolio management, vendor engagement, entitlement management (ELM), and compliance enforcement (CMMC, SOX, DFARS).

Shené Commodore 

Shené Commodore, CPCM Fellow Founder and CEO, Commodore Consulting, started her government contracting career 25 years ago at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base making her Dayton, Ohio, where she discovered her passion for tackling complex procurement challenges. Shene’s expertise 

has taken her beyond her core work, traveling to Washington, D.C., to speak at congressional hearings and participate in

Security Industry Association (SIA) meetings, where she contributes her insights on critical industry topics.

She has also served on the board of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), solidifying her role as a thought leader and advocate within the field. She has an extensive background in negotiations, GSA schedules, contract terminations, and settlement proposals allows her to bring a hands-on approach

to every stage of the procurement process.
