Omaha attorney Grant Leach has over 15 years’ experience practicing in international trade and U.S. export compliance, with experience working as both in-house legal counsel and as a partner at a national law firm. His presentation will provide a summary of U.S. companies’ compliance obligations under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”), U.S. Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), trade sanctions administered by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) and the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”).
