Important Update: Board of Trustees Meeting Format

To maximize engagement and improve the flow of our in-person Board of Trustees Meetings, we are updating how we conduct them.

Most committee meetings will take place via Zoom in the weeks leading up to the February Board of Trustees Meeting. We encourage all members—not just committee members—to attend these virtual meetings. This change allows for broader participation and gives more members the opportunity to hear directly about the benefits, services, and initiatives available to them. It also enables you to bring timely and accurate updates back to your local lodge meetings.

During the in-person meeting in February:

• All committee chairs will read their official reports from the floor, so attendees can stay informed on the work happening across all areas of the organization.
• Each State Trustee, President, or Representative will also present a report from the floor, highlighting growth, challenges, and activity within their local lodge.
