This year, we are offering a faster way to pay via credit card directly through the registration form.

If you would prefer to be invoiced as usual and pay via check or ACH/Wire, you can still select that option on the form. Invoices will be sent out within a few business days following your registration.

You can book your room for the SLR 2026 Spring Meeting, May 14-17, at the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead! We recommend that you book your room early, as you may always cancel up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the day of arrival without charge.

The room rate is $359/night (+tax & fees). Reservations can be made online using this link: SLR Room Block Reservations

The room block cutoff date is April 10, 2026.

Availability:

The room block has availability Thursday, May 14- Saturday, May 16. However, our smaller block of rooms the nights of May 13 and May 17 have been filled. There is still plenty of room at the hotel, and they will assist you in adding those nights to your reservation.

If your room search results in a message that “No room matched your search criteria”

1. Please book the nights needed that are listed as available in the room block (May 14-16)
2. Contact our events coordinator at the Waldorf via email for assistance to add the other nights to your stay. This will ensure that you are in the SLR room block and allow for them to modify your existing reservation. Information about what to include in your email can be found below. Please CC Hannah on your email so we are aware if you have any issues.
