INTRODUCING PERMANENT MAKEUP

Natalie will be providing Permanent Makeup (pmu), which consists of eyeliner, lash enhancement (which means right along the lashline/not as prominent as the liner, more subtle), and three types of eyebrows

- hair stroke, ombré, and powder.

Natalie recommends ombré and powder because they age more gracefully, but understands that some people still prefer the hair strokes, as they look great also.
