Last Bus Leaves Elks for Fairgrounds at 10:30 a.m.

Reminder:

Buyers should contact their preferred processor prior to the fair to make sure the processor can accept their purchased animal(s). If you do not make arrangements with a processor then you must either ship the animal(s) or take them home yourselves.

The following processors have made bulk pick-up arrangements and will be listed on the processor sheet buyers complete after purchasing an animal.

If the buyer’s processor is not on the list, the buyer must mark TAKE HOME and arrange transportation for the animal(s). Please notify the livestock committee on how the animals will be picked up.

BUYER APPRECIATION DINNER

One pair of tickets will be issued per purchase.

Cocktails will start at 5:00 p.m., dinner at 5:30 p.m.

NEW BUYERS

First-time bidders must complete a buyer agreement. Forms can be completed in advance and brought to the luncheon, or filled out at the luncheon.

All bidders without an agreement on file

will be asked to complete one before the auction.
