I know it's really cold and the lake is frozen, but summer will be here before you know it - at least I hope so anyway! Thank you to everyone who attended our General Membership/Budget Meeting on January 30, 2026. Our budget passed and we are gearing up for the new season! We would like to thank all of the members who have helped us throughout the past year and are continuing to help to make Skyline Lakes a great place to live! I am happy to report that there will be no increase in dues for this year.

We will be pulling two names to win a rebate of $210 each. Entry in the raffle is free. The earlier you pay the more entries you'll have.

Dues paid IN FULL by February 11, 2026 -- receive 3 free entries 

Dues paid IN FULL by March 1, 2026-- receive 2 free entries 

Dues paid IN FULL by April 1, 2026 -- receive 1 free entry

If there have been no changes to your information

from last yearyou may "save the tree" and mail or

drop off your payment to  295 Skyline Lake Drive.

Please understand that my dogs make it hard for me to open the door, so quietly slipping your envelopes through my mail slot is appreciated.
