The second draft 2026 Multifamily Rental Underwriting Guidelines can be found on OHFA’s website. 

OHFA will accept comments on the draft guidelines through 
Monday, December 8, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. EST.

Comments may be submitted in writing to QAP@ohiohome.org.

The 2026 Experience and Capacity workbook and Exception Request form will be posted this week on OHFA's program webpages. Check the program pages for updated materials. Tuesday, December 2, 2025, the 2026 Experience and Capacity submission window opens for the 9% LIHTC and Housing Development Gap Financing (HDGF) programs.
