  • The Niagara Falls Convention Centre offers standard loading docks and drive-up ramp access. You are responsible for the unloading your own material. Your trucks must be compatible with the docks – no alternative ramps are available.

  • Tear-down begins at 4:00 pm on Thursday. The trade show hours are clearly posted to exhibitors and attendees alike. Attendees purchasing passes expect full value. Any exhibitor observed tearing down prior to 4:00 pm will be warned and jeopardizes their placement in the 2027 show.

OFVC TRADE SHOW TEAM

I am working with a new trade show team this year. They are new to the role but familiar faces around our show. Welcome Matt Peters, Curtis Wiley and Laura Aarts. These volunteers are critical to the success of the trade show and I am grateful for their guidance and service.
