Open Enrollment for 2026 benefits is here: October 1- 14, 2025.

Read and share the information below to see if you need to complete enrollment for the upcoming 2026 calendar year.

Start your Open Enrollment at myOCPortal at myocportal.ocfl.net.

• Employees changing their benefits.
• Employees changing their covered dependents.
• Employees who want a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or are continuing an FSA in 2026.
• Employees who want to open or continue their Health Savings Account and are enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan.

If you complete enrollment and need to submit supporting documentation for dependent verification, the deadline is October 28, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

Employees who do not wish to make changes, do not need to complete open enrollment elections unless they plan to contribute to a FSA or HSA account. If no action is taken, current 2025 Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability elections will roll over to January 2026.
