This is a reminder to all residents who own property that the Municipal Assessment Agency’s (MAA) annual Property Assessment Notice for the 2026 Tax Year was issued on June 2. If residents have not received their Notice, they should contact the MAA at 1-877-777-2087.
The Town does NOT have copies of the notice and cannot issue copies.
This is also a reminder that August 1, 2025, is the appeal deadline for any property owner who wishes to appeal, and the process is included on the reverse of the notice.
To correct the name or address on the Notice, property owners must contact the Town and provide acceptable proof of the change, i.e., a driver’s license for name or address, or a copy of a utility bill or legal document tying the name to the address.
