Business Forum Information

3 October 2026

The Governing Board, Moderator, and Commissions will be available to answer questions related to their reports and receive feedback. Motions and bylaw proposals will be presented with any changes from the original versions highlighted. Please refer to the times below.

Business Meeting Information

10 October 2026

This is our official Business Meeting. Reports will be received and any previously submitted motions will be formally made. Voting will happen in stage four. We will hear a limited number of delegates speak for or against a motion. Most of the discussion will have already occurred. There will be no further amendments to motions and no new motions from delegates at this stage. This is to ensure that the business content is all translated, culturally comprehensible and accessible to our global delegates. Please refer to the times below.

Round 2 Discussion Circles before Forum

Another round of Discussion Circles are set for 12 through 19 September.

Please see dates and times here at this link and join one or more to share your feedback on the revised Bylaw amendment proposal and motions.

Anyone involved with the MCC may participate in the Discussion Circles. However, it is particularly important that Lay Delegates, Clergy, and other delegates with voting and/or participation rights attend at least one Discussion Circle.

Please join whichever one is convenient for you.
