As the year comes to a close and homes everywhere begin to fill with Christmas lights, family visits, and the quiet hopefulness that the New Year always brings, I find myself reflecting on the last twelve months with deep gratitude.
2025 was a meaningful year for all of us in education. The world around us continued to shift, but everywhere we traveled, and every educator we spoke to reminded us of something important. In the middle of change, it is the clarity and compassion that we offer to young people that helps them find their way. This spirit has always been at the heart of IC3, and this year it felt more alive than ever.
For me personally, watching our community grow, reconnect, and recommit to the idea that every student deserves guidance has been a gift. You showed up with curiosity, with honesty, and with a willingness to share generously. Once again, you reminded us why the IC3 Movement exists.
And now we stand at the doorway of a very special year. IC3 steps into its tenth anniversary in 2026, and we begin the year with an opportunity that feels both fresh and familiar.

There is something incredibly energizing about starting the new year on a university campus. The IC3 Regional Conference South Asia, hosted by O. P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat, Haryana, on 23 and 24 January 2026, brings back the joy of being in academic spaces where ideas move freely, and people connect with ease. This two-day experience is designed to help you build the kind of relationships that last long after a conference ends.
You will meet peers who share your commitment to student success, explore topics that matter right now, and spend time in an environment that encourages collaboration, curiosity, and community.
It is a wonderful way to begin a milestone year, and I truly hope you will join us.

Before we step into IC3’s tenth year, it feels important to pause and appreciate what this community has accomplished together. 2025 was filled with learning, travel, and meaningful conversations that helped strengthen the foundation for the next decade.
The IC3 Regional Forums 2025
This year, the IC3 Regional Forums brought counseling conversations to more communities than ever. Held across 32 cities in 14 countries, educators, counselors, and universities came together with a shared purpose: to ensure that every student has access to guidance that can shape a fulfilling future.

Returning to Mumbai felt like coming home. The event brought together voices and ideas from around the world and reminded us of the strength of this movement.

This milestone year is an opportunity to honor that shared vision and to reflect on the impact created together.
The celebrations will come alive throughout the year and will culminate at the 10th Annual IC3 Conference and Expo in 2026. We look forward to welcoming you as we reconnect, learn, celebrate, and imagine the next decade of purpose and possibility.
