Greetings!

We're excited to bring swimmers more event information from the meet director, Asher Neumann, about the 2026 TYR College Club Nationals. They will be the reply address on this email, should you have any questions regarding the information for Nationals.

Quick reference on who emails should be sent to:

Emails for the Meet Director: questions about almost anything related to Nationals, questions about the meet format, and other related meet-specific questions.

A Message From the Meet Director

Hey Everyone!

The 2026 TYR CCS National Championship Meet is just under three months away, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you to Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, North Carolina!

Athlete registration opens on March 2 and will remain open until March 17 (or when the cap of 1,650 athletes is reached). As in past years, we strongly encourage qualified swimmers who are planning to attend Nationals to register as soon as possible. Registration will take place on the CCS website in the swimmer account, and each athlete is responsible for their own registration.

As a reminder, the last day for athlete qualification and to submit meet results to CCS is March 15. Additional information can be found in the meet packet. Other important dates include:

President Confirmation Period Begins: March 18 at 2 PM ET
President Confirmation Period Ends: March 25 at 11:59 PM ET
Final Changes & USMS/USA IDs Due: March 27 at 11:59 PM ET

Following the March 17 athlete entry deadline, a $100 late fee for entry changes may apply. Entries are also subject to an invalid entry fee of $200 per swimmer per event if an entry time is deemed invalid. For more information regarding fees, please review the meet packet.

Spectator tickets will be available for purchase starting March 9 for early bird prices, and prices will increase on March 23 and will be available until the conclusion of the meet (April 12) or until all tickets are sold out, whichever comes first. Tickets will be offered in single-day passes or a bundled all-session pass.

No refunds will be issued for tickets purchased. Ticket prices are as follows:

Early Bird Ticket Sales: March 9 at 12 PM ET

All Session Pass: $60
Daily Pass: $25/day

Standard Ticket Sales: March 23 at 12 PM ET

All Session Pass: $70
Daily Pass: $30/day

The link to purchase tickets will be available on the meet information page and will be provided closer to when ticket sales begin on March 9.

Hotel blocks are filling up quickly, and we advise booking as soon as possible. You can find our list of event hotels here. Take advantage of these deals before they are gone!

If your team is planning to attend Nationals, please complete this attendance form at your earliest convenience. This data helps us plan for the distribution of deck passes as it relates to athlete registration, so please complete the form as accurately as possible.

Note: this form is also the ONLY method to request extra deck passes - you will be notified closer to the meet whether you receive extra deck passes or not. The form will close on February 20.
