Wanting to book private(semi or group) lessons for tennis or pickelball? Easy to use from the app! 

1. Open app and click "Amanda Donat Private Lessons"

2. Look through schedule for open times around my other practices and groups. Please refrain from gaps in between. If it says "unavailable", I have inputed dates I'm out of town or not able to give lessons.

3. Chose your day, time, Lesson Type, duration, Court(tennis or pickelball)-Click "Save"

4. I will need to approve all lessons, then you are booked!! 

5. Starting January 2026 all private lesson cancellations on the same day will be charged.

Easy as that with schedules this will help us all get on the court more efficiently!!! 

All Packages purchased now will expire December 2026

Packages will replace all monthly registrations. You can use packages until end of calendar year.

How to purchase Packages:

New easy to use from the app! 

1. Open app and click "Billing"
2. Click "Packages"
3. Scroll to bottom and click button "Purchase Package"
4. Scroll through options you would like and click "Purchase Package"
5. You will have 15 Minutes to pay for the package and then be able to start using. You can share packages with anyone in your immediate family as long as they are on your family account.
6. You must manually apply your packages to each lesson or practices to use. The system does not auto apply. You will use your package as a form of payment.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ

A couple things to remember when using the CourtReserve App:

1. All players must sign up for Events(Practices) no later than 1 hour before.  

2. All Events must have a minimum of 3 participants OR the Event will Auto Cancel an hour before. 

3. We must know and have active participation to have practices. We cannot know everyones availability unless they are signed up on the App.  

4. Please always pay for any event or private lessons AFTER it has happened. If it is cancelled you will not be charged. If you do not pay, I will run billing on a weekly basis and you will be charged with the payment profile on your account and receive the invoice. 

5. "Packages" do not auto deduct punches as you use them. You must go in and "pay" for the event you use it for and the package will be a form of payment you will select. If you do not do this, when I run billing, your card on file will be charged instead. 

6. The CourtReserve software is a very smart product and helps me manage all clients accounts but I will make errors on inputting info and just like anything, it can have glitches. PLEASE NEVER HESITATE TO EMAIL ME AND I WILL ALWAYS MAKE THINGS CORRECT.  



Everything needs to be done through the app. Billing, monthly or drop-in signups, private lessons, events, daily schedule, court bookings, ball machine and more. 

****ALL MONTHLY EVENT SIGN UPS NEED TO BE MADE AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH MONTH

How to get signed up?

1. Download the CourtReserve App; Search for Vse Tenis as the organization
2. Create an Account-There are two options Millwood Family Membership or Family Non-Member; You MUST choose one option. Millwood members type in your Membership #
3. Enter ALL Family members-Parents need to be in the system as well as their children 
4. Enter all Billing and required information
5. Search the app and become familiar with navigating to events, Billing, calendar and more
6. Sign up for events for you or your family members anytime
